Overview & Birth of SJ Starzz

SJ Starzz is a brand of a company called X’pectationz, which was established and is owned by Salina Johnson. The brand upholds X’pectationz’s mission, vision, and seven values (integrity, respect, loyalty, honesty, reliability, accountability, and quality). It’s an online jewelry store that operates on Wix’s platform, selling different types of products for various occasions and all ages.

 

The brand was started as a hobby in September of 2020, during the COVID 19 pandemic. Salina designed and made jewelry for herself and her family and friends. Soon after, her products became noticeable and were requested by people in her community—beginning her small business in Chicago, Illinois.

 

Salina decided that her products should have a brand name. She wanted her brand and products to be known worldwide and to offer society affordable products of good quality. In January of 2021, she took on the ownership of being an entrepreneur and started developing a business plan—creating her e-commerce business from scratch.

 

On March 1, 2021, “SJ Starzz” was born. SJ Starzz expanded virtually on May 1, 2022, and now its services and products reach customers around the globe.
